A beautiful and elegant design was a must to capture the essence of what Buena Vida Estates is. The visitors are greeted immediately with a look at the courtyard at BVE as well as pictures of residents. Quick call to actions drive visitors to key pages about the lifestyle, resident stories, services and even what a CCRC is. Clear messaging, a compelling lead capture call to action and compelling fresh content are all designed to appeal to potential residents.
Buena Vida came to us with a logo and brand they had been using for years and that was, frankly, quite good. Our team helped to define their specific colors, reduce the number of versions of the logo that was in circulation and craft the brand messaging that is now being used on all of their marketing. A core set of brand guidelines was created to ensure ongoing brand consistency. Our team now works closely with their marketing department.
